Pop-up Blocker - Other Pop-up Blockers

Procedures to disable pop-up blockers are all different, depending on the software. To disable other pop-up blocking software, try the following steps:

1. Open the program.
2. Look for the options on the menu.
3. Check for a button to disable.
4. Look for Help files in your pop-up blocker.
5. Close the program.

Many pop-up programs will let you temporarily disable them by clicking on the program icon contained in the systems tray located near the bottom right hand side of your Windows screen. For some programs, you can right click on the icon to disable and re-enable the blocker later.

To temporarily disable some pop-up blockers, you can hold down the CTRL key while clicking on the link to the course.
